Thanks a million guys; you were a Godsend when our trans gave out 300 miles from home on vacation! All seems to be fine now, the Jasper is working well and GM doesn't give you a 100,000 mile warranty! You can use my name anytime for a satisfied customer testimony!
Thanks again,

Mark
I want to take this opportunity to both thank and commend you and the entire staff at AutoWorks. I deeply appreciate the knowledgeable staff and the thorough job that is done each time I bring in one of my vehicles for repair or service.
In an effort today to expand, many businesses have discarded the true idea of customer service. Superb and honest customer service is the term that I think best describes AutoWorks and its employees.
Thanks to all of you for your years of service. As I have in the past I will continue to refer customers to you and your business. Word of mouth is perhaps the most powerful form of advertising and it can work for or against you. You guys have it working very much for you.
Thanks again,
Sincerely,

Autoworks:
Thanks for a well running car. Its doing better then it has in years and I am grateful. I’ll bring it in immediately if it has any problems. I have told a lot of people how pleased I am (especially at the library, they always are curious about cars) happy to have the truck again.

RE: Autoworks Port Townsend, Washington
To Whom It May Concern:
I recently experienced some mechanical difficulties with my automobile while visiting Port Townsend. On short notice, Autoworks provided excellent and honest service. Not only did they agree to see me and assist with the problem on relatively short notice, the owner of the store, as a courtesy, provided me transportation back to the conference while they were working on my car. They fixed it promptly and fairly.
I could not be more pleased with their service and recommend them highly as an exceptional business.
Sincerely

KUDOS TO AUTOWORKS
“Into each life some rain must fall”---well, at the end of March I thought I had run into a deluge!! My new RV had been hit in the storage lot and I was running from pillar to post trying to get it repaired. I was directed, I thought, to the auto shop directly behind Les Schwab’s on Sims Way. I had asked the person who suggested the shop to call ahead and he agreed. I arrived a whirling dervish at Mark’s peaceful office and when he obviously knew nothing about me nor was there a call--- I turned into a gray haired crone flailing arms and babbling the whole story like a brook our of control. Mark quietly said “Let’s have a look” He said “Oh that’s not so terrible” He went inside and came out some cleaning stuff and proceeded to work on my rig. A few minutes later his lovely wife, Nan, arrived and pitched in and together they cleaned off all the paint and I had my lovely rig back shining as before. When I asked Nan how much I could pay them----she said “a hug and a smile” I was so touched by their kindness and generosity that I was floating on clouds when I drove away. Mark and Nan renewed my belief that there are angels all around and that we are always directed to our highest good. Thank you Mark and Nan and if there are two better, nicer people on the peninsula I have yet to meet them. I shall not forget your kindness and compassion any time soon. They are wonderful, honest and caring individuals and an asset to Port Townsend. As Ben Franklin said “Keep in the Sunlight” and again, many, many thanks.

Dear Mark and Nan
No, I haven’t forgotten you both! I had hoped for you to be happily surprised by the letter I wrote to the Leader in April, but they don not seem to be in any hurry to publish it. I am sending you a copy and hope some day the will see fit to publish it.
I can’t tell you how much I appreciate what you did for me. The memory of that day is very dear to me. As you both are.
You are in my prayers and I wish you only joy, laughter and much happiness.

Dear Mark, Nan and Staff
Thank you for taking such good care of my car. I really appreciate the full service oil change. I was also impressed by the fact that when I picked my car up it did not of cigarette smoke. Keep up the good work

To Mark and Nan
I just wanted to express my sincere thanks for your help last Tuesday. The damsel in distress with dead battery. You both were so up beat and helpful despite the fact I rolled in an hour and a half after your closing time. It is people like you that make the world a kinder and better place. I will spread the word about the quality positive service I received. Have a supper day

Dear Sir,
We were on a short vacation at Discovery Bay in February when our 1988 Bonneville started having some serious problems. Your shop was recommended to us. You were able to diagnose our problems and fix them. You were very courteous and professional. You even went out of you way to take us back to our resort in the evening when the work on our car wasn’t yet finished. Our vehicle is running well now, and we want to thank you for your excellent service. As tourists in your community and therefore not repeat business we really appreciated all you did for us.
Sincerely
Rich and Sue VanVolkinburg |
